Together, with the musical brilliance of Loulou Ghelichkhani of Thievery Corporation, Kate will guide you through a thoughtfully-sequenced vinyasa practice and guided meditation designed to inspire, center and restore. Contemplation, intention and breath work will be woven throughout your movement with care to prepare you for a deep rest at the close of practice.
