What to Expect
The structure of this offering is simple by design.
Each Sunday, for the duration of the series, you will be greeted by a love note in your inbox inviting you to explore three thoughtfully curated practices at your own pace. Each practice, infused with the theme and guidance of the week at hand, will be housed on a private, password-protected page on my website, to which you will have unlimited access for a full year.
